Karen Berman
Karen Berman is an associate of Hecht & Associates, LLC and focuses on the areas of family law, criminal defense, general civil litigation and motions practice. Prior to joining Hecht & Associates, Ms. Berman clerked for the Late Honorable John N. Prevas, the Honorable Timothy J. Doory, and the Office of General Masters in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University in 2007 with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Woman’s Studies, Ms. Berman enrolled in the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2010. In 2009, Ms. Berman was selected as a Rule 16 student attorney and mediator for UB’s Family Mediation Clinic.
Ms. Berman lives in Montgomery County, Maryland.
